New content on Columbia International Affairs Online

Posted by Megan on September 19, 2009

The September newsletter from Columbia International Affairs Online details new publications that have been added to the database in recent months. This includes working papers from, for example:

  • American Enterprise Institute for Public Policy Research
  • The Brookings Institution
  • Center for Global Development
  • Center for Strategic and International Studies
  • Institute for National Strategic Studies
  • Vale Columbia Center on Sustainable International Investment
  • Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs, Harvard University
  • Centre on Human Rights in Conflict
  • Peterson Institute for International Economics
  • United States Institute of Peace

A useful source for grey literature, the database also includes some full-text monographs from publishers such as Carnegie Endowment for International Peace, Columbia University Press, MIT Press, United Nations University, and the University of Washington Press (among many others).

Finally, the database includes resources for teaching such as maps produced by the Economist Intelligence Unit and sample reading lists on current hot topics.
